Booking Details

Definite bookings should be made as early as possible.

Booking fees are charged per day inclusive of the day of arrival and departure.

A deposit of 30% of the booking fee (£10 minimum) is required at time of booking. The outstanding balance is due in full on arrival. We accept cheques and cash and can arrange bank transfers. We regret that we do not currently take debit/credit cards.

Long term boarders will be charged monthly in advance.

Bookings are subject to a 2 day minimum.

There is a minimum charge of 5 days over the Christmas and New Year period. This is for dates between and including 22nd December - 2nd January.

Please contact us to pay the the deposit early to avoid disappointment.

• Rates are per day inclusive of arrival and departure. We accept cheques, cash and bank transfers. Please make cheques payable to: - Mrs P Pickford. We regret that we do not have a debit/credit card facility.

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel, your deposit will be returned providing 3 weeks’ notice is given. Refunds for early collection will not be given. If your cat stays after the agreed departure date, the extra days will be charged. Long term boarders will be charged monthly in advance.

• We cannot accept cats loose or in cardboard boxes. Please ensure they are securely transported in a proper cat carrier.

• All cats must be immunised against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Upper Respiratory (Cat Flu). Owners must produce an up-to-date Vaccination Certificate on arrival.

• All cats will be examined on arrival and the cattery reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health. All cats must be treated for fleas prior to arrival. Any cat found to be suffering from fleas will be treated accordingly and the owner charged.

• We have 24 hour veterinary cover should your cat become ill. All costs to be met by the owner.

• Only cats from the same household may share the same accommodation.

• Un-neutered cats over 6 months old cannot be boarded as they represent an infection hazard and can cause stress to neighbouring cats.

• In the event of non-collection and no communication received by the owner after 7 days of the due collection date, the cattery reserves the right to re-home the cat.

• Whilst every care and attention will be given to the cats with us, they are boarded entirely at the owner's risk. We take no responsibility for loss or damage of toys, beds, blankets, scratch posts etc. which are left with your cat.
